When can I bring my clients to a Showroom?
Anytime during normal Showroom hours. For those with ProKey Membership, the Showroom is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Do I need to accompany my clients to a Showroom?
No. With our Unescorted client service benefit, simply call ahead to make an appointment and we'll allow them access without you needing to attend. We'll give you a supply of Client Appointment Cards that you can give to your clients to present upon the time of their scheduled visit.
How does pricing work?
All prices shown are suggested market prices.
How does ordering and delivery of product work?
Quite simply, really. After you've made your selections, present your ProSource Membership Card to our staff, along with your deposit, and we'll take it from there. We accept phone and fax orders as well. Your order will be ready in 5 to 7 working days. You can pick up your order. Pronto. And if you need a product sooner, we have a large selection of "quick ship" products available. We can offer quick response because we buy direct. And there is no minimum flooring purchase.
What pricing flexibility do I have with my clients?
Lots. Since prices shown are suggested market pricing only, you determine whether or not to share your cost information with your clients. We will be happy to tell you all the details when you visit your local Showroom.
What credit options are available?
We offer Members fast, easy and free electronic credit enrollment. For your clients, credit options include: standard revolving credit, a four-month no payment same-as-cash plan and fixed low payment plans. Details available at your local Showroom.
Who will provide installation?
ProSource does not install nor do we contract out, provide direct installation or measuring services. But we can provide referrals from our own list of recommended installers, all referred by ProSource Members and their clients. We can also pass along the names of trained and certified installers from flooring associations.
What do installers charge?
All installers we recommend are independent vendors who set their own prices. Generally, prices are quoted based on square yards. They can also vary by type of flooring and any other services provided.
Is there an installation guarantee?
Yes. The each guarantee is provided by the independent installers. The industry standard is a one-year warranty during which the installer should repair any problem related to installation. Make sure to ask the installer about their specific guarantees.
Must I use a Pro-Source referred installer?
No! Feel free to use any installers you deem appropriate. And by all means, please pass their name along to us so we can add them to our list.
